Zopiclone is a tranquilliser drug. It works by causing a depression or tranquillisation of the Central Nervous System. As zopiclone is sedating it is marketed as a sleeping pill.

Indications:

Zopiclone is a sedative medicine. It disables chemicals in your brain that may cause insomnia. Zopiclone is prescribed to treat insomnia, it helps patients to fall asleep and stay asleep.

How to take:

Take exactly as prescribed, never take Zopiclone during your normal waking hours, unless you have at least 8 hours to dedicate to sleeping.

Precautions:

Side effects:

Common side effects include bitter metallic taste, dry mouth, disruption of REM sleep, double vision, drowsiness, memory impairments, dizziness, headaches, and fatigue.
